Temps plein (de nuit), 2020

performative action, documentation

As an extention of "Temps plein (de jour)", this work is based on a child's belief : "if you don't have time enough time for your homework, put them under your pillow when you sleep and they will infuse your mind during the night".

The artist decided to buy thick books he was interrested in for a long time, without finding time to read them. In a performative way he decided to use them as pillows during one night.

The work is then composed by a double documentation : a picture of the sleeping-performance, laying on the unopened book.
